As of Monday, Kinley is finally wearing "big girl underwear". We have certainly had some accidents, but she is doing rather well. Today (Wednesday), she is yet to have an accident. My current bribery system is consisting of Pixie Stix and Fun Dips. Both make excellent distractions while you sit on the potty and wait for some sort of a result. I find the trip to the potty immediately following nap time to be the most challenging. In an effort to lure her to the bathroom, I put the the last of the powder from the Fun Dip in a small cup. Totally lame, right? Well, it was a huge hit. The pictures below demonstrate a total lapse in my judgment. In the future, mom will hang on to the Fun Dip. However, Kinley told me she "had a really great time with the Fun Sticks".
Personally, I think with Kinley's disheveled looking hair and this mysterious substance all over her face, she looks a bit like a drug addict. She does love her candy.

Hey, whatever works!! Doesn't it amaze you how they get their food in all places? How did it get up her nose? It's in the ears, the eyebrows, and neck, that food gets everywhere. The best part is, they're so cute with it all over them, and if you didn't clean them off, they'd never know anything was wrong and they'd walk around all day with the "stuff" in places, it just shouldn't be. It's all normal to them! So funny!
A drug addict... that's hilarious! She is so cute. I am not looking forward to potty training.
